(You may be interested to know that on the Summer Solstice the act of silently gathering nine kinds of flowers and placing them under a pillow is supposed to reveal in dreams the identity of the person to you are to wed! However, if you attend the party all may become clear without having to resort to such measures!!)

With the August Bank Holiday looming, what better way to get into party mode than by having a couple of glasses of champagne, a few nibbles (of what or who remains to be seen) and a whole lotta fun meeting lots of new singletons!

If you want more than an ultra fine dining experience in this fabulous, contemporary restaurant then you’ve got it!
If the Catch of the Day wasn’t your preferred choice during dinner, then perhaps you’ll find yourself a little fruity number later on when we adjourn for drinks in the Private Members’ Bar!

You don’t need to know anything about wine to enjoy this event, but it helps if you do know how to have fun! Enjoy a bit of flirtatious frivolity whilst sampling some of the fine wines from around the world and who knows, 2008 may prove to be more than an excellent year for the grape!

1.Find a fab venue
2.Add a terrific atmosphere and excellent cuisine
3.Stir in 20 girls and 20 boys
4.Mix with it a little spice and a lot of fun
5.Raise the temperature and add a large pinch of flirting
6.Adjust seasoning according to taste!
